Working with the homeowners through our exterior design consultation process, we developed a distinctive combination of modern colors, natural wood tones and durable siding materials:

• LP® SmartSide® Nickel Gap siding in Cavern Steel
• Black LP® SmartSide® trim
• ChamClad® architectural panels in Bleached Oak

The dark Cavern Steel siding and black trim create a bold, contemporary exterior, while the Bleached Oak accents introduce warmth and contrast. Together, these LP Smartside materials complement the home’s impressive architecture and its beautiful Table Rock Lake setting.

A custom home of this size requires careful planning, precise material coordination and experienced installation. Every transition, trim detail and architectural feature had to work together across more than 16,000 square feet of living space. Our team approached each phase with the attention to detail necessary to deliver a consistent, finished appearance throughout the entire exterior.
